  • Day one, almost over

    Well, what a thrilling day (not)

    we currently have what you might call an ant problem in our kitchen. When the council redid our kitchen a few weeks back, they ripped up the old lino and made some sorta hole in the walla by the door. All the ants are coming in now and making their home in our kitchen :(

    Anyhoo

    Today I had a glass of apple juice (probs 50cal) for my brekkie, a chocolate flavoured slimfast XX( for dinner (bout 217cal), snack of go ahead crisp things (151cal) and for tea I had a weight watchers chicken curry (297cal)

    That makes the total today to 715cal....and I'm sposed to be hitting 1270 a day in order to lose 1-2lb a week.

    I hate calorie countint...makes me feel like everyone thinks I'm :crazy: but there we go!

  • Diet take 2, day 1

    pizza bad!Well, as my friends will know, I have recently had almost 3weeks off work (back tomorrow though ugh :no:)

    Before that point I had been dieting like a good litle fat girl who is trying to lose some weight. Unfortunately, the freedom of a parent free house, coupled with far too much time, pizza, and alcohol meant that slacking occured. To be honest I think my parents packed my diet and took it to Egypt with them, because try as I might I could not find it whilst they were away!

    So anyway, in a suprising turn of events, I only put on 1lb whilst they were gone 8|

    Starting point for diet take 2 is 13stone 6. My goal is get back down to the ten stome something mark, and to be able to fit into all my lovely clothes again.

    So...here goes! Chocolate slimfast is icky (but I've got lots of strawberry instead so that's ok)
